1. REVIEW:

   As a second-year DNB pediatric resident at Sri Ramachandra Children's Hospital in Guntur, I remain steadfast in my choice of this institution, especially due to the invaluable guidance and encouragement from Dr. T.C. Reddy, Dr. Lokeswari, and Dr. Sravani. These mentors have played pivotal roles in shaping not just our medical skills but also instilling a profound sense of ethics and emergency management in us.

   Their dedication to fostering an atmosphere conducive to learning and ethical medical practices has significantly influenced our growth as pediatric residents. Throughout my second year, their mentorship has enhanced the hands-on experience, ensuring exposure to a diverse range of cases and procedures, thereby sharpening our clinical acumen and preparing us for managing critical pediatric emergencies.

   The structured curriculum, coupled with their guidance, has not only deepened my understanding of pediatric medicine but has also emphasized the importance of ethical conduct and effective emergency management. The encouragement provided by Dr. TC Reddy sir, Dr. Lokeswari ma'm and Dr. Sravani ma'm in research endeavors and active participation in academic discussions has been instrumental in nurturing a passion for continuous learning and ethical medical practices. Sri Ramachandra Children's Hospital, with these exemplary mentors, has provided an outstanding foundation for my career in pediatric medicine.

    I Dr Amrita Koti, DCH from CPS Medical collage, Mumbai joined SRCDH in Jan 2019 (batch) for secondary DNB in pediatrics.

    SRCDH: A place that brings back a lot of memories along with the memories, the most important thing is the education that we received. Education is imparted in every institute but right use of it so called “wisdom” which comes only here. Right way of life with discipline, and most importantly humanity are the equalities practiced here, and the same is imparted to every student here, which provides a building block that is necessary to build a powerful career in years to come.

    Regarding academics, may be theory preparation or practical, even the daily practicing teachings needed for a building doctor, all together is here, the team of consultants working hard round the clock to make us to achieve, excellence in everything we do.

    After my expression to work for a new research at nice i was provided all facilities to do it at SRCDH.

    To meet the expectations when the same work was presented, at IAP, Pedicon. I was awarded 1st prize for the paper. This was all due to the support and the confidence the mentors at the institute. For students planning to join the institute is a word of completion.

   Myself, Dr Tanveer successfully completed my secondary DNB PEDIATRICS course from this institution I joined this institute in the year 2018. Regarding academics, we have daily seminars and weekly case presentations. The academic teaching is excellent. Our consultants take special care on each and every individual student and guide them accordingly. We are allowed to attend CME, workshops, conferences and other programmes which include poster and paper presentation. We have a exemplary team of 3 consultants including HOD working 24 hours and guiding us through out our course. We are given free hands in doing all the procedures. I feel great to be a part of this institution.
